WaitStop is a voice journaling app for iOS. It gives you room to say your thoughts out loud, for as long as you need to, and then hands them back as writing. Each entry comes with a reflection that mirrors what you said, so you can examine it rather than just carry it.

It does not advise you, score you, or tell you what to do. Your audio is never stored on our servers.
